Blade Services
- Inspections: We inspect your blades at-height using rappel techniques or elevated platforms, or from the ground using telescopes. Using thermography and other technologies, our trained workers identify problems and recommend the ideal maintenance procedures and methods.
- Preventive Maintenance: We repair small damages and defects on site using specially designed elevated platforms which allow easier access to the key zones. We eliminate existing problems and do what is required to prolong the life of the blades.
- Corrective Maintenance: Corrective maintenance projects may be completed either on site or in a climate-controlled facility located near the wind farm. We repair both minor and major structural damage to the blades. Neo Energy Solutions is capable of working with a full range of blades and blade technologies, including both fixed and variable pitch models.
- Blade Manufacturing and Finishing Services: We have years of experience collaborating with manufacturers to assist with the blade fabrication and finishing. Our specialists work on all blade components including the root, trailing and leading edges, tip and blade interior. We possess the experience and resources to work with a variety of materials and methods, to finish and prepare blades. We have a consistent track record of preparing blades on-time and on-budget in operation-ready condition.
Tower and Nacelle Services
Neo provides a variety of services to prolong the lifespan and appearance of your wind turbines. We can clean and paint turbines, repair nacelles and apply corporate logos. The breadth and depth of our expertise enables us to meet whatever engineering needs you may have.
