• Meteorological Tower Installation, Maintenance and Disassembly: Neo Energy’s in-house team of trained technicians has experience with a wide array of tower models and heights, including NRG Systems (50m XHD, 60m XHD) and AAT (Mega 80m HD) towers.  We are prepared to assist our clients on basic installation or handle the entire placement process from procuring the tower to obtaining the necessary permits. 
  
  We will select the best methods, equipment and communications devices for your land and location to ensure accurate and continuous data collection.  We will also install various add-ons and perform project modifications to adapt the tower to specific geographical conditions, meet zoning ordinances and comply with the conditions of your land lease/purchase agreement. Once your study is complete, we will be there to disassemble and decommission the meteorological towers and prepare your site for the next project phase.

• Wind Resource Analysis: Our wind resource specialists have years of experience and extensive training in data management and evaluation. Using this technical knowledge they will supervise data collection and analysis to guarantee accurate and relevant results, with specific recommendations for your optimal wind farm project planning and design.  As part of this process we will recommend optimal turbine placement (Micrositing), characterize the wind turbine and wind farm power curve, and indicate the preliminary design for your wind farm, substation and connection lines.

• Wind Farm Design, Economic Planning, and Construction Management: Our expert engineers use the latest technology to create tailored solutions to meet your exact project requirements and ensure the final results address your business, environmental and engineering needs.  We start by performing detailed technical and financial studies of the viability of the wind farm, including analysis of the connection to the central grid.  We will assist you in investigating available production credits, and negotiating contract pricing and terms with electrical companies and utilities.

• Authorizations, Permitting and Retrofitting: With over a decade of experience in meterological tower and wind turbine operations and maintenance, we can guide you through the permitting process at local, state and federal levels.  We can also retrofit your equipment as required to comply with evolving regulations and standards.

• Environmental Services and Preliminary Site Analysis: Neo Energy Solutions offers simple yet effective environmental studies and solutions. Our unique services are detailed and accurate, encompassing all environmental concerns arising from wind farm planning, construction and operation. We specialize in producing Visual Impact, Shadow Flicker Impact, and Noise Impact studies as well as Visual Photo-Simulations. Early in the planning process, we can prepare a Critical Issues Analysis and Constraint Map to determine the feasibility of developing a wind project.

• Land Acquisition: Our land acquisition specialists have the resources and experience to advise or perform all the necessary steps to complete the land acquisition and contract negotiation processes for wind projects. We believe in employing local personnel for each project since they can better understand and relate to the landowners in the targeted area. We have experience acquiring land for wind energy projects and collaborate with our clients to find the best approach to each landowner situation.

• Engineering and Electrical Planning: In addition to our wind farm design and planning projects, our engineers and technicians can perform other technical projects to facilitate the development of wind farms. These types of projects include topographic studies, access and internal road design, geotechnical studies, testing against standards for wind turbine foundations, and the design of electrical system and grid connection.
